Dr Fida is armed with the Doctorate Degree in Applied Psychology with specialization in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. He is the first young male PhD in the field of Applied Psychology.
He is the first and only designated Organizational Psychologist in Pakistani Banking Industry. Also, he is Consultant Psychologist for Punjab Public Services Commission (PPSC) for the Assessments of candidates of Provincial Management Services Group (PMS). He has the honor of being the Subject Expert and member Board of Studies of Organizational Psychology, Virtual University, Lahore and Institute of Applied Psychology, University of the Punjab, Lahore.

He is currently working as Organizational Psychologist in the Human Resource Group of the largest bank in the private sector in Pakistan. His responsibilities include: Psychometrics Assessments and performance appraisals, provide necessary input in candidates’ screening.

He is a keen believer to apply principles of psychology for the improvement of work place behavior and to harmonize the activities related to human resources, employee training and organizational development.
