Professor of Quality Management & Leadership, and Corporate Trainer, Community Development Volunteer

Since last 27 years, he has been actively involved into training and development at HEC.PEC & Public Sector Academic Institutions, Production organizations & corporate environment. Dr Sajid is BS in Mechanical Engg.from UET, Lahore & MS & PhD in Engineering Management from The George Washington University, Washington DC, USA, where he also taught in 4 Virginia-based Universities for many years & also worked at Word Bank HQ on Quality of Services & related issues.

Here Worked as Director & Main Architect of newly established Autonomous Business Institute at University of Engg& Technology (UET): responsible for designing new business degree program duties including designing, conceiving and delivering world class Business and Management education in this newly raised autonomous educational institution named IB & M, at UET. Remained actively involved in all people management /administrative processes starting from program designs to approvals, liaison with professional associations/ industry, overseeing summer programs, faculty development, HR issues, strong campus life for personality development of students and had been responsible for departmental governance and academic services, including promoting research culture.

Presently, he is heading LMDA Training. Here Dr Sajid has been involved in training on Quality Improvement, & Employee Development Programs at NIPA/( Isld, Lahore, Peshawar), National Def University, Command & Staff College, Quetta, Naval War College, Lahore Leadership at Civil Services Academy & other services orgs since 1997. His active engagement with National Training organizations gave him national fame as Trainer.
